Case Submission
Case information can be submitted either through text message or email. Contact me to receive further information.
When can a case be submitted?
Cases may be submitted at any time, 24/7/365.
Having trouble taking photos?
Feel free to contact me any time for assistance. Tutorials will be published on the website.
What case information is needed?
Patient age, sex, breed, and neuter status are required. Patient name and owner last name will be needed. Submit high quality photographs and/or videos highlighting the observed abnormalities along with results of any ocular diagnostic tests. Pertinent patient health status information will be valuable.
How are payments made?
I will email you a detailed invoice with payment options that are available. I request to be paid by the veterinarian or veterinary business instead of the owner.
What happens next?
I will evaluate the photos/videos and pertinent patient information thoroughly. A patient case report will be created including ocular findings, differential diagnosis considerations, treatment recommendations or options, and recommended follow-up. This report will be promptly emailed to the address you provide so that it can be added to the patient's medical record.

US
Dr. D. Dustin Dees is the owner and founder of Animal Eye Consultations and is a native Oklahoman. He received his Associates degree in Animal Science from Eastern Oklahoma State College and then his Bachelors in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University, GO POKES!!!

He then graduated with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Afterwards, he completed a small animal rotating internship at Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Tucson, AZ and then his residency of comparative veterinary ophthalmology in Salt Lake City, UT. He became a boarded member of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2013.
After practicing clinical ophthalmology in Austin, Texas for over a decade, he moved back home to be closer to family. Because of his passion for ophthalmology and deep desire to provide expert level care to all patients, Animal Eye Consultations was created.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and spending time with family.
